What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty applies to manufacturing faults including:

• Structural defects such as loose settings, broken connections, or faulty craftsmanship
• Material defects related to S925 sterling silver and titanium alloy construction
• Functional issues that prevent normal wear due to production errors

What Is Not Covered

The 12-month warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use, including:

• Scratches, tarnish, fading, or minor surface wear over time
• Loss or theft of any jewelry piece
• Damage from impact, excessive force, or accidental dropping
• Exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, lotion, sweat, or harsh cleaning agents

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the defective item (subject to stock availability). If the exact style is discontinued or out of stock, we will provide store credit equivalent to your original purchase price.
