Once logged in, you can find all your orders, tracking numbers and delivery updates directly on your account order page.
How to check your order
- Click the account icon at the top of our site and sign in with your registered email address.
- Navigate to your Order History.
- Select the order you want to track to see the latest shipment details and tracking link.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot find my tracking information after login
Your order may still be in processing. We require 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your items. Tracking details will appear automatically once your package is dispatched.
Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my package
Please check your mailbox, porch, surrounding area or ask your neighbours. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered up to 1–2 business days before actual delivery. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact our support team.
I forgot my account password
Click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset your password using your order email.
