When to remove your earrings

You may wear our earrings for light exercise. Please take off your earrings before these activities:

• Showering, bathing, swimming, hot tub use or contact with seawater / chlorinated water
• Applying perfume, hairspray, lotion, skincare products and makeup
• High-impact sports where your earrings could get caught, tugged or knocked
• Cleaning with household chemicals

Cleaning your earrings

Gently wipe your earrings with the soft polishing cloth included with your purchase to remove oils and sweat after workouts or daily wear.
Do not use harsh jewelry cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, silver dip or abrasive scrubbing tools.
If deeper cleaning is needed, use lukewarm water and a tiny amount of mild soap, rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft lint-free cloth before storing or wearing again.

Storage tips

Store earrings individually in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Keep them separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A soft pouch or jewelry box is ideal.

Important notes for sensitive ears

Always wipe sweat off your earrings after exercise and ensure earrings and ear piercings are fully dry regularly.
Skin oils, sweat and trapped moisture are the most common causes of irritation, even with hypoallergenic metal.
If you experience discomfort, remove your earrings and clean both the jewelry and your piercing.
