How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Estimated shipping transit time is 7–14 business days. We offer DDP shipping; all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us, no extra fees upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by customs, weather or carrier disruptions.
What materials are your earrings made of?
Our earrings are made of S925 sterling silver and titanium. All pieces are nickel-free and copper-free, friendly to sensitive ears.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Contact support@calytris.com to start a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website.
Do you offer warranty?
We cover manufacturing defects within 12 months from delivery. This warranty does NOT cover lost items, scratches, normal wear & tear, tarnish, or damage caused by improper use.
